Just a straight 180-day roadmap to 10 high ticket clients and $100,000.

I’m gonna break this down for you as if I was restarting my agency from scratch.

Let’s go.

There’s 3 stages:

1. Foundations
2. Getting clients
3. Automation & Scaling

Stage 1: Foundations

It’s 2024.

The meta changes.

Different skills are in demand for different time periods.

This season, I’d say the top 4 are:

A) Community Creation for influencers

B) Custom funnels for influencers

C) Helping people build their online presence

D) YouTube organic for personal brands

(In no particular order)

Since building personal brands is sort of my thing I’d go with option C if I was starting.

Once I’ve mastered the skill, I’ll turn it into an offer.

An offer is how you package up and present your skills to businesses.

And it’s broken off into 5 elements.

Here’s what mine would be:

A/ The outcome: Help you generate leads without having to cold outreach ever again

B/ The positioning: Becoming a Mirco-Authority will make you into the GO-TO Authority in your niche

C/ The target audience: Agency owners looking for more leads

D/ The deliverables: Content strategy, Content writing, Content Optimization

E/ The pricing model: $3000/mo + 5% of all revenue generated

Stage 2: Getting Clients & Offer Optimization

Now I need to find people to actually sell to.

There’s 2 ways you can do this:

1. Cold Outreach
2. Personal Brand

I personally would go the personal brand route because it compounds much more than cold outreach.

A personal brand is all about showing the world you have value to provide.

I’ll start my personal brand on Twitter and share everything I’ve been studying about my high-income skills.

The goal is simple: Find people to befriend, share value, tell my story, and show up daily

After a short period of creating content I’m gonna figure out what’s working and what isn’t.

What do people care for?

What is popping off?

Based on that, I’ll update my offer to optimize it for inbound leads.

Stage 3: Systemization & Scaling

At this point I’ve closed a few clients.

Now to get my time back I’m gonna need to systemize (almost automate) the processes of my entire business.

The 2 main ones I need this on are:

1. Content Creation & Outreach
2. My deliverables that I offer

Step 1: Create a list of every repetitive task I do for both of the above

Step 2: Define which repetitive tasks connect with each other

Step 3: Title those tasks for e.g "Create content for X" or "Write long form for the client" These are called systems

Step 4: Write out the steps for each of those systems

Step 5: Schedule it on a project management software and then optimize the steps with time

This is the roadmap I'd follow
