Last night I was sitting with my mentor smoking a cigar in the Dominican

"Mubbu, do you know the most important skill I learned in my 30 years as a businessman?"

Immediately I began to spitball my thoughts

"Is it marketing, organizational structure, knowing how to hire?"

He said "Not even close... The most important skill that I learned is the same skill that the fastest-growing tech companies have adopted, it's AI proof...

It's Adaptability."

He saw the confused look on my face

I thought to myself "What in the motivational ass advice is going on here?"

He expanded, and the advice he gave was exceptional, let me share it with you all

Businesses are growing faster than ever because of how fast they adapted to the "new"

Look at the chart below, Apple, Microsoft and Intel took 10-18 years to hit any meaningful milestone with their companies

New-age businesses are seeing the same milestones in half the time

How? Because they adapted to all the changes in our world

Companies build their own proprietary tech

The best companies in the world are RACING to understand how to best leverage AI

Because they

1. Want to be more efficient
2. They don't want to be left in the dust as the world changes

Now how is this applicable to you?

You, at a smaller scale, need to be constantly adapting.

A content strategy will phase out

Your cold outreach scripts become useless

Your way of running your team becomes outdated

Because of all the resources we have in this current age, everything is now moving faster than ever

This means that old strategies die out faster than ever

If you haven't accepted the fact that YOU WILL NEED TO ADAPT CONSTANTLY, then you'll fall in this loop of "woe is me, nothing is working anymore"
