Deception by Google? A Small Publisher Tells All...

A couple of weeks ago, Google held what they called the "web creator summit".

They invited about 20 small publishers to Google headquarters to get feedback from these creators.

For the most part, these bloggers and creators had been hit by the Helpful Content Update.

One of those creators at the meeting was Morgan McBride.

She went from making more than $300k a year from her website to a 75% drop in traffic overnight.
