These still seem pretty good, right? So why change one? It turns out that my idea of “High Urgency Always” is thoughtful, fast and proactive. And it turns out that other people interpret “High Urgency Always” as please be as stressed out as possible because everything is urgent. So, we reflected on what we really wanted to see: strategic and quick action. And we welcomed (RIP High Urgency Always) Purposeful Action to the team. I’m proud that we push our values so hard that they’re impacting our team’s choices day to day. And even more proud that we’re willing to change when we need to. Ttx is brought to you by Newance.
