People are scared of weird pricing numbers

Richard of Sheet2api recently tested pricing conversion from £ GBP to $ USD.

Pricing for one plan was previously £19.95/month, And with the conversion to USD became $25.92.

I assume these seemingly strange prices spooked users as soon as I turned off this conversion feature, conversions to paid plans improved again.

Humans are very strange :

To combat it, here is the code for rounding to 'attractive' prices you can reuse for your product (Github)

Improve your Instagram engagement by posting carousels

In a study of over 22 million Instagram posts, carousels got the most engagement, with a rate of 1.92% versus 1.74% for single images and 1.45% for videos.

The data also showed that using all ten slides increased the engagement rate to 2%, and utilizing both images and videos in the carousel got it up to 2.33%.

Putting "swipe left" in the caption (or on the first image) helps too, as this prevents people from missing the rest of your content.

Tip: For those who dabble in paid ads, this data applies to you too.

Get more traffic by adding topics from high-ranking articles to your post

If your blog post needs a boost, a simple Google search can point you in the right direction. Get your post to rank for more keywords by adding new sections according to what top-ranking pages include.

By expanding your blog post to include topics covered by articles on the first page of Google, you can rank for new keywords and increase traffic. This is particularly helpful for boosting blog posts, but it works for other pages as well. Here's the process:

  1. Use Google Search Console to figure out which keyword gets the most clicks and impressions for the page in question.
  2. Search for this keyword in Google and open every result on the first page (excluding ads).
  3. Take note of all the H2s and H3s from those pages, and compare these headers with your own. Could you add any of these topics to your article?
  4. Add sections accordingly.

P.S Make sure you're adding value. It's not worth it if the new section detracts from the piece, even if it improves your SEO.
