Hey all!

This week, we have not one but TWO micro-saas or smaller opportunities!

Yep, I said "or smaller". One of them is small enough that I'd call it a weekend project, even smaller than the typical micro-saas opportunities I write about!

Here's what's coming out this week:

Opportunity 1: Intercom (Micro-SaaS)

In this opportunity, we'll look at the SaaS giant intercom. Surprisingly, the live-chat market is saturated. The question is, how? How are companies successfully competing with a unicorn like Intercom, and how can we take a page on their book?

In this opportunity, we'll look to add at an Intercom competitor called Drift, looking at how they position their product against Intercom, and learn how to build an MVP that handles common pain-points with Intercom and Drift, as well as how to go about finding your first users.

Opportunity 2: Mural (Weekend Project)

Mural is one of the biggest players in the "Online whiteboarding / collaboration" market, having raised $142.3 million dollars.

We'll take a look at Mural, as well as popular competitors like Miro, before narrowing down our focus to a specific use case of whiteboarding software - brainstorming sessions.

We'll look at how we can build an MVP in as short as a single weekend, how to focus your possible leads to narrow down the market, and three distribution channels to explore.

Opportunity 3: MindTickle (IndieHacker)

MindTickle is a rising startup that's taken a unique angle on the sales enablement market. They found this unique angle due to their company's origin as an online learning platform - something we'll discuss in depth.

Once we've explained what makes MindTickle unique, we'll look at how an aspiring founder could niche down on this opportunity, targeting SaaS companies in particular, and use a suite of integrations to make an offering in the market that is even more valuable than MindTickle!
