  1. Invite the right people: Let’s be real, we’ve all invited that one person to a meeting who had a strong opinion, but no expertise to support it.
  2. Determine the location: These days it’s probably going to be online. Use tech that allows you to see your coworkers’ faces.
  3. Prepare! No freeloaders on this meeting! Everyone needs to know the agenda and come prepared.
  4. Play: Include games and activities. If you feel creative, you’ll come up with creative ideas.
  5. Make decisions: Come away with an action plan at the end of your session.

Commit to doing a one-hour session, I guarantee something good will come of it.
