Forbes - CDC Issues School Reopening Guidelines

Today the CDC released a much-anticipated guidance for school reopenings that will hopefully help schools return to in-person learning nationwide. While some precautions, including mask wearing and physical distancing, will be required, the guidance says that it won’t be mandatory for teachers to get vaccinated for Covid-19 before resuming in-person classes. Meanwhile, New York governor Andrew Cuomo is under attack after a new report revealed that the state knowingly underreported the number of Covid-19 patients sent from hospitals to nursing homes, as well as the number of nursing home deaths from Covid-19, allegedly for political reasons.
