⚡️ What's New at Buffer
Looking for inspiration for your next social media post? These social media content ideas will help you keep your feeds feeling fresh and engaging for your audience. Building a business? You need to master Instagram. Millions of people shop on Instagram each month and this guide will teach you everything you need to know to drive more sales from the platform — from setting up shop to improving your sales strategy. Creating an Instagram business profile allows you to add contact information and action buttons to your profile, get insights about your posts and audience, and enables you to schedule content with third-party products like Buffer. 👏 Welcoming Gabi and Carlos to the Buffer Team! We're delighted to be welcoming Gabrielle Tang, joining as an engineering manager, and Carlos Muñoz, joining as an internal tools engineer.
Gabi lives in the Netherlands, and is originally from Brisbane, Australia. She taught herself to code in high school (amazing!!) and went on to study engineering at university. Something that stood out to us in Gabi's application was her book recommendations - Drive by Daniel Pink, The Culture Map by Erin Meyer, and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni - all big Buffer favorites that have informed much of our leadership culture.
Carlos is currently living in Madrid, Spain. He likes cooking, playing Padel, and soccer with friends, and hiking with his family. He also likes to travel and explore different cultures. What stood out to us about his interview was his ability to practice reflection and commitment to self-growth.
Woohoo, you made it to the end!
Thanks for reading this far. If you ever come across a neat article or a cool trend, I'd love to hear about it. Feel free to reply to this email directly to get in touch or DM me on Twitter.
Stay safe! Warmly,
