Ricky Kesler from Income School joins me on the podcast this week to answer that question, and a whole lot more.

He and Jim Harmer have built up Income School and its associated niche sites into a 6-figure per month business over the past 5 - 7 years.

For those who are unfamiliar, Income School is a popular YouTube channel and blog that teaches online marketing. Like myself, they also have public niche sites through which they share more about how they build up and monetize a blog.

The big news that they announced a week ago is that Jim is leaving the business. Ricky has bought him out and will be going ahead on his own.

He joins me to talk more about Jim’s departure - why they decided to split, what Jim’s going to focus on now, and the future of Income School.

However, that’s not all we talk about. We also delve into Ricky’s background, how he and Jim started working together, and how they managed to build this thing into a real money maker.
