At the bare minimum, you should have an updated figure regarding your conversion rate(s) when it comes to your landing pages.

And unless you keep testing, you won’t know what the winning formula would be.

I feel like some words of wisdom should be copied and pasted here, but nothing’s coming to mind.

In case you’re lacking some inspiration, here are some ideas to consider from some of the top converting landing pages.

What makes this landing page great?

Utilizing videos for your banner is perhaps one of the best ways to generate engagement. Using some of their own footage is the only clear path to go, and it’s paying off. Using a video on your landing page can increase your conversion rate by 80% for almost any industry.

What makes their landing page so great?

They do a great job at simplifying what otherwise could be complicated. Of course, there are many factors when it comes to insurance, particularly for business (liability, deductibles, etc.), but they used the “rule of 3.”

The rule of 3 is a principle that things that come in 3’s are more satisfying, effective or funnier than any other number, as it’s the smallest number that humans can recognize as a pattern. So when creating your landing page, stick with the number ‘3’ whether you are writing your top value proposition, providing an offer or explaining a process.

What makes the landing page so great?

They custom make their mobile experience, not just building responsive websites. Ranted, this approach may not be the most economical or doable for all, especially those starting out. And if that is the case, everything you do needs to be with ‘mobile first’ in mind.

But in addition to their custom experiences, they have a pretty remarkable structure.

The first impression has:

• Clear and large CTA
• Image of their product
• 4 reasons you should by

In more Facebook news, since they’re on a roll for coming out with new things if users opt-in, Facebook Messenger allows you to push offers to them.

A few months back, Facebook gave the option for allowing people to login on to your site using ‘Facebook Login,’ which also gave them the option to opt-in to hear from your business.

Turns out people like this idea. About 70% of people chose the opt-in option, which is great for businesses, that is if you were one of the advertisers the feature was available for.

But now, we can all feel like we´re a ´somebody´ too since this feature is available to all businesses. All businesses that have completed the business verification that is.

You now have to find your balance between great offers vs. annoying.

Hearing too much from you can simply result in a loss of a lead.
