Week 5. No sugar
You probably know that sugar is one of the most addictive drugs on the earth. There are a lot of studies proving that. It's out of my competence to make bold statements regarding sugar, so I won't list of benefits of avoiding it. Do your own research. 

But I suggest a challenge to avoid any sugar during this week. 

Try out, and you'll see how life looks like without sweets. 
 

Rules

No products and beverages which include sugar and sugar substitutes. Be cautious. Sugar can be in unexpected products.
