Mighty Knowledge - 📜 The Art of Doing Nothing
Hi friend,
Have you ever tried to do nothing? I mean absolutely nothing?
It's a lot harder than it sounds for most people.
Many of us live in societies where being busy is a prized trait; if we're not busy then we're not living, or so they say. But there is tremendous value in actually doing just nothing. I recently published an article on the benefits of doing nothing; check it out here if you're interested: The Art of Doing Nothing.
Your next Mighty Knowledge Newsletter is coming next week Thursday as always.
Have an awesome day!
George
