Before you Trade Today: Know the Economic Calendar! Also See This Weeks Most Anticipated Earnings (Note: Red Indicates an Earnings Loss [Not Miss] Consensus)

Commentary: How does a market go from 40 year high inflation, record input prices, supply chain bottlenecks, semiconductor shortages, a new pandemic variant, & Fed uncertainty, to exploding into a 3 day rally nearly reversing all of the previous months losses? Well folks, it was either big money going short to play the fear at your expense, or there’s a massive amount of folks ignoring the FUD. Regardless, it is up to us as traders & investors to find those companies that should do well amid the current economic environment while, at the same time, trading at a value price so that no matter what the circumstance, we can be rest assured that we will not lose money. And though this is an impossible task, with time & discipline we can put the odds in our favor.

This is why buying reliably profitable companies, trading at a relative sector/industry value, on a pullback of little to no consequence, with a decent amount of institutional investment, & primed for growth amid assessed favorable economic conditions, is such a powerful strategy. I’ve received a lot of knocks from folks chasing meme stocks, or that of well known companies, while I’m putting forward companies few have heard of. However those who have been following me for a bit know its me, not them, that always end up on top.

As we enter the new year lets be sure to keep a few things in perspective for the new people subscribed to this newsletter. This is not a day trading service. This is not a penny stock alert service. This is not for those who want to become millionaires overnight. HIGHLIGHTED COMPANY OF THE DAY: POWW It is no secret that this is my favorite play in the StockTips portfolio. Why? Because I believe it has the greatest upside potential as a newly profitable company. Analysts agree with a consensus $11.00 Price Target. Their acquisition of gunbroker.com (The Ebay of Guns) really put them over the top for me. However as most of my paid subscribers know, they’re building a new facility in Manitowoc Wisconsin that will likely triple their current production capability. Now that’s something to be bullish about!

Nevertheless one of my largest fears was is that Ammo Inc. would not have the walls & the roof on the facility in time for Wisconsin winter. Construction in Wisconsin during the wintertime, you see, is extremely difficult unless you’ve insulated the interior from the elements so concrete can dry properly & metals don’t over expand & contract leading to issues later on. Indeed heaters need to be brought in to warm the interior else much of the construction cannot be done, creating expensive delays. Well folks, I NO LONGER HAVE THIS WORRY. Not only are the walls & the roof up, but they are in prime position to have the new facility constructed on time. Timely completion of their new facility will provide one hell of a catalyst!
