And a big part of reevaluating our priorities is our relationship with work, as our Great Resignation series has uncovered. But how have different generations answered these tough questions?

This week, we’re shining the light on baby boomers and how they feel about their work lives. Turns out, they don’t love their jobs so much anymore. That’s why we’re providing tips on how L&D teams can connect, engage, and support this knowledgeable cohort.
