TikTok Houses

TikTok houses are literal houses where primarily Gen-Z TikTok influencers live together and create videos for the social media platform.

This concept isn't new, as YouTube creators started doing this years before the launch of TikTok.

Here are just some of the TikTok Houses:

• Hype House - the OG of TikTok Houses, the Hype House is home to some of the top TikTok influencers, and has its own series on Netflix.
• Unxpected House - consists of seven friends from Lexington, Kentucky who graduated from high school and moved to LA after starting a clothing brand called Unxpectd.
• Alpha House - launched in August 2020 with the goal of "being the friendly house." Creators post dance videos and content about life in the house.

The point of forming a house is collaborating with other creators and amassing a loyal following and marketing their personal and collaborative brands.
