To understand what's a recurring schedule, you have to understand the touchpoints

What are touchpoints?

Touchpoints are where consumers & prospects can interact with your brand

In simple words, the touchpoints act as ways of communication for prospects

The touchpoints for that would be:

2. Live posts

3. DMs

4. Close friends

Similarly, on Twitter, we have:

1. Tweets

2. DMs

3. CTAs

There can be a range of touch points in your brand

So what is your objective for this?

As an entrepreneur, is to test strategies & find what works for you.

Once you find a winning strategy, you want to

1. Systemize + Automate, and

2. Be consistent with it

If you are an agency owner, the most important recurring task is lead generation

In order to do this, you need to have an outreach plan & nurture people.

But the problem with it is this:

Everyone on this side of Twitter knows the importance of consistency

But I still see so many people lacking on outreach & building their personal brand online

You need to systemize the process of winning outreach methods, and add it to your recurring schedule to do it daily

Now how do you outreach people?

By reaching out to X amount of people daily or on a specific day for a number of times.

Leads are your best friend.

Without leads, you get 0 business.

Here are the 2 best ways to get leads for your agency:

A. Open a twitter account

1: Learn how to grow it in the Utopia

2: Tweet daily

3: Build credibility

4: Offer services for free in exchange for a testimonial

5: Stay consistent with outreaching and providing value on Twitter - add them as a recurring task to your everyday schedule

Most of the tasks you do as an agency owner are recurring.

You don’t go around introducing new tasks every day.

You should be able to do all these tasks daily or on a specific day of the week.

2. Systemize them

I have created a task schedule for UTOPIA on Trello.

Everyone loves it & follows it.

Just like that, I have systemized every operation in our Utopia

Following are the 5 departments I have systemized based on this process:

1. Traffic & acquisition

2. Partner program

3. Discord

4. UTOPIA libraries

5. Events.

All these departments have specific work that needs to be done on a daily basis

The purpose:

I do this to get better retention and acquire new UTOPIANs

All you need to do is break down all the tasks to make your and your team's job easier.

Follow this process to schedule your tasks:

1. Make cards for recurring tasks that need to be done on a specific day and apply this throughout the week

2. Mark most important tasks as non-negotiables

3. Assign these tasks to each member of your team.

EXAMPLE: Our Traffic Conversion Department

Here’s what we’ve done:

Monday: webinar tweet

Tuesday : tweet about agency paths

Wednesday : webinar tweet again & so on

In this way, we have the systems required to achieve it all

For example, in our webinar task

I have created checklists in my systems to create a path for each task.

These systems are optimizable & can vary.

Systems ensure that a task is done easily while & SOPs ensure quality.

In the above snip, the team member has to create an angle sheet (SOP) for inspiration which is going to help us deliver quality for the actual Tweet

In short teams, this framework holds really well & provides results

1: Define all recurring tasks

2: Systemize it all by creating steps

3: Define SOPs

And most importantly, BE CONSISTENT.

Consistency is the key.
