One Person Business - 🚀 Giveaway: win a copy of MAKE
🚀 Giveaway: win a copy of MAKERefer your friends and get a chance to win a digital copy of the book!TL;DRI’m giving out a copy of MAKE to a lucky person that refers someone to One Person Business. Click the button below to participate. In the spirit of helping out fellow indie makers, and hopefully reaching a wider audience, I’ve decided to do a giveaway! Let me explain how we got here. Nic, from SubShark, reached out to me recently asking me if I would like to try out the tool he is building to create referral campaigns within Substack. And I couldn’t say no. I’ve wanted to do something of the like for a while, but Substack still doesn’t have that functionality. So this was a no-brainer for me. Given that Substack still doesn’t make it easier to build external tools that integrate with it, the way to use this referring mechanism might look a bit odd for most of you. But it does work, and that’s the most essential part. Also, this tool is still in its early stages, and in order to improve it someone needs to do some beta testing, am I right? I’m happy to support people willing to build new things. Anyway, onwards to the giveaway. The giveawayPrizesHere’s the gist: you recommend friends to this newsletter. The more people you recommend, the higher the chances of winning the prize. What’s the prize? Good thing you asked:
RulesGiven that, what are the rules? They’re very simple:
MechanicsAs I explained before, the way you can participate is a bit odd. But I’m willing to take the risk of lower participation for the sake of trying something new. So, in order to refer people you’ll have to:
I’ll then be able to follow up with every new sign-up and add them manually to my subscriber list. At the end of the giveaway, I’ll gather all the referrals, randomly select the winner and also give everyone who participated a free lifetime paid subscription. That’s it. Leave a comment here, or reach out to me directly if you have any questions, and let the games begin! If you like One Person Business, please do ”Add to address book”, reply or leave a comment. These help my emails land in your inbox, and I would love to hear from you. Until next time - Guilherme P.S. Mind rating today's post?
