3 Step Framework for generating consistent, high-quality leads for your agency/freelancing services using only organic traffic

I call this the "Traffic & Acquisition Matrix"

Getting leads, converting them, and retaining them is your ultimate business goal.

Using this distinct format you will be able to:

1: Organize, facilitate, and capture leads much faster than before

2: Have the means to automate the whole system and make scaling easier

Your ultimate strategy to reach 5k Twitter followers ASAP is:

1: Write at least 5 tweets a day

2: Write 2 quality threads per week

3: Follow this religiously.

Threads should be:

1: Resourceful, high-quality

2: Solution-focused

3: Series about a specific niche or topic.

For example:

You need to leverage these assets & touchpoints to:

2: Build your network, and

3: Scale your agency.

How do you capture these leads?

You use the main funnel, which contains;

1. Virtual Sales Letter(VSL)

2. Case studies

3. Client testimonials

4. Link to book call

Your workaround towards this is:

Use the main funnel → Create a VSL → Book calls on it.

Once you have a potential audience, you redirect and attract the customers and qualify them by using a big fat claim & a video sales letter to display;

1. Case studies

2. Video testimonials

This will build trust on your page and handle as many objections as quickly as possible all while qualifying the prospect

You cannot capture all the leads with the main funnel.

You have to use the webinar funnel to capture the rest of them.

The webinar funnel will provide value to you and your customers with:

1. Clarity

2. A clear path to their goals

The way you do this is by,

Qualifying the customers and using a attention grabbing statement on the capture page/pop up & giving them the funnel lesson right away.

The webinar will be value-packed and will have the following structure;

1. Introduction + Establish Authority

2. Value in steps

3. Close

You don't have to go into depth.

The sole purpose of a webinar is to be:

Resourceful, to the point, and show the steps

Solve the qualms of the people and they’ll follow suit.

Keep in mind, that a webinar funnel clears the path to automated leads and value.

If it doesn’t serve the purpose,

1. Keep experimenting

2. Try a different angle

3. Make changes to your content.

Automate your flows by creating:

1. Emails that follow the 5 Stages of awareness

2. Hard sell emails campaigns once a week towards your offer

This will create awareness & clarity about the topic at hand and motivate your consumers to make a purchase from your services.

In this orchestrated manner you can facilitate, capture, and nurture the leads for future closes.

Collaborations & partnerships

Collaboration are a great way to enhance your network.

By building meaningful ties and being active in the community,

2. Cross-Promotion

The easiest way to do a collab is to befriend people and build a greater outreach.

Leverage your audience with theirs by using cross promotion which allows you to market their audience and allows them to market yours.

Cross promotion can be very potent and helps increase exposure & insights into your specific niche.

Phase 3: Optimization & Recurring tasks

Lead automation won’t work efficiently if you don't optimize this whole process and stay consistent

The audience keeps changing and so do the needs.

So, keep in mind to keep your content relevant & up to date.

You can do this by:

1. Following other accounts and see their strategies

2. Provide value but entertain with your personality

3. Use your data to improve specific points

Keep doing recurring tasks & be on top of them by using:

1. Efficient assignment

2. Scheduling
