Brainfood Jobs: Great to see a surge of jobs from Join Talent back on the board; commentary from other embedded recruiters tell me the market as turned for them too - a 4 week summer dip, coinciding with energy price inflation? Check out the full list here, and if you’re hiring for recruiters, post here.
Brainfood Live, Ep172: Making Sense of the Economy - we are talking about the economy this week, because more than a few of us have found this period confusing; what does it mean if you are heading into high inflation, economic contraction, whilst we have record job posting volume and candidates ever harder to hire. Lets talk about it - we’re on Friday 19th Sept, 2pm BST - register here
Special thanks this week to: Hannah Morgan, Stephen O'Donnell, Colin Donnery, Kevin Green, Vanessa Raath, Eugène van den Hemel, Joey NK Koksal, Neilesh Sood, Nina Schein, Margaret Buj, Kate Bischoff and Oonagh Clarke - thank you for your public support on all things brainfood last week - I very much appreciate it!
Now check out your scores on the Brainfood Hall of Fame😉
Can you help? Simply share this link recruitingbrainfood.com on a LinkedIn status update and recommend it to your network - it’s the best way to keep the growing the brainfood community.
Cheers!
Hung

So it turns out I am ‘fit to fly’ so will be boarding a plane to Milan tomorrow for what is now sadly only a whistle stop, before spending most of the week in Madrid, where I hope there is still some residual summer to pick up the mood. See you in Madrid if you’re going to the meetup.
In the meantime, as the coronavirus melted my brain, it became the obvious thing to do to melt it further by watching Youtube videos on nuclear power. This channel caught my eye and having watched every minute of every video, I can safely say its the best channels ever. Learn about the Economics of Nuclear Reactor folks, courtesy of the Illinois Energy Prof….
So DM me on twitter or Instagram or TikTok….
Have a great week everybody.
