Meta Expands Call Ads Features

In a recently announced update, businessesĀ have four new ways to employ call ads:

Call ads are now available as a format under the Sales/Conversions objective in Ads Manager.

Under the Lead Gen, Traffic, and Sales objectives, a 60-second call optimization option will help businesses reach consumers interested in a phone conversation.

The pre-call business feature will allow businesses to include details to educate potential customers and ā€œhelp them make an informed decision before deciding to make a call.ā€
