Well, I'm happy to report that someone took my niche idea and ran with it!

He's already got a site up, built, and his first keyword is ranking in Google!

🤖 This Detects What Section of Your Article is Written with AI

As I've shared previously, I'm a strategic investor in an AI detection tool called Originality.ai.

This 5 year and 10 month old home site has just been added to the marketplace. The site has 128 posts live.

The site is currently making $315 per month from Amazon and Ezoic. And an estimated 62% of current ranking keywords target an informational intent. This along with the opportunities to expand into different monetization opportunities allows a new owner to expand affiliate content.

This 4 year, 11 month old automotive site is also new for sale. It currently makes an average of $65 per month from Amazon and Adsense.

The site only has 47 posts live and an estimated 62% of the currently ranking keywords target an informational intent. A new owner can update the existing content, expand into related content silos, and expand into other affiliate opportunities and add Ezoic to the site.

🚀 "Weeks Until" Niche Site = 500k+ in Traffic?!

I often wonder how many weeks until a certain date occurs. Birthdays, Holidays, Vacations...marathons.

Everytime I Google "Weeks Until", I land on WeeksUntil.com.

Talk about a narrow niche!

But this super-niche site is getting at least 500k visitors a month!

There are SO many opportunities like this...what niche site will you create next?

📢 Big Announcement: I Run the Boston Marathon in 6 Weeks!

I warned you that I had a personal announcement.

I've run the Boston Marathon twice, and will lace up my shoes for my 3rd Boston Marathon on April 17th.

Yes, I used WeeksUntil.com to figure out it was 6 weeks away. I'll finish this week with about 50 miles running, and I'll have a long run of 22 miles next weekend.

I think of all my best business ideas while I'm running...
