Lastly there's this 2 year, 2 month old divorce and finance site. The site is currently monetized via Adthrive, generating an average of $598 per month from 395 posts.

The top 10 keywords have remained stable over the past year and an estimated 90% of its ranking keywords target informational intent. The finance niche offers tons of affiliate opportunities though. And the site has a lot of strong backlinks including NYTimes and Money.com so the new owner certainly has a chance to improve monetization by adding more affiliate content.

Remember Tab soda? Well in 2020, Coca Cola announced they were discontinuing the product.

Rabid fans decided to create a niche site to reverse Coke's decision. SaveTabSoda.com is a weird niche site worth checking out.

A couple others we ran across are PrisonInsights.com and Dog-Checks.com.
