Last week, I was in a bar with some friends, wondering out loud if we should add AI to our marketing messages.

Is it time?

Of course, none of us knew the answer. The only way to find out is to conduct a survey on AI readiness. So I wrote it up and sent it to our friends at QuestionPro. Two days later, we had the data. 1075 consumers responded and the insights are very very interesting.

It turns out, the answer depends on the service. For some services, the consumers want their providers to get help from AI. For others, not so much…
