   The Biden administration has approved Ocean Wind 1 offshore of New Jersey, which will be the biggest offshore wind project in the U.S. It will have a capacity of 1,000 megawatts, enough to power 380,000 homes.    Ocean Wind 1 is the third commercial-scale offshore wind project approved by the Biden administration, and a major stepping stone in the administration's larger goal of having offshore wind produce 30 gigawatts of energy by 2030, enough to power 10 million homes.
