For context, this site did get hit a small amount by the most recent Google update, but didn't see a real drop in revenue, I think this would allow you to negotiate down. Analytics also shows it recovering very well this week.

Ways to improve it for a flip

• Source products from overseas! This could greatly increase margins
• I would push a strong organic short-form video push on TikTok for this and TikTok shop
