Results Junkies - Growth vs Distractions

Happy Friday!

Last week's email might have struck a nerve: a number of readers didn't agree with my assertion that youโ€™re fighting a war for the attention of the people that are not yet your customers.

But let me explain...

Have an idea in your head? Cool... but, if no one knows about it, that idea isn't getting off the ground. It doesn't matter if you have a prototype yet.

Have an existing business? Good for you... but, if you're not growing the top of your funnel, your churn will eventually catch up to you.

I get it it: it feels more productive to build that new feature or try to squeeze another $1 of profit. Those things are, at some point, important.

But, if you've followed my efforts for any amount of time, I'm going to take a wild guess that you're thinking about growth. So... go do growth things, yo. ๐Ÿ’ซ
