If you've dabbled in skills-based learning in the last few years, you know that, without the help of AI, it's an excruciatingly manual process: identifying and listing job positions, updating Excel sheets...it was never-ending, and frankly, it wasn't working for the L&D world.

That's why we launched Skills by 360Learning...but that AI-powered technology was only available to our clients. Until now.

Thanks to the launch of OpenAI's GPT Store, we're able to share SkillsGPT - the same technology powering our own skills offering - to ChatGPT Plus subscribers.

So what does our tool do, exactly? SkillsGPT is built to help you:

Generate a list of jobs within your organization
For each of these jobs, generate the list of skills required to perform in them
For each of these skills, build a proficiency grid
For each of these skills, identify the criticality level for your business

This means we’re able to share our skills ontology capabilities with ChatGPT Plus subscribers who want to lay the groundwork for a skills-based learning approach within their organization.
