Interesting little niche agency, that I don't think is getting enough love on Acquire.com - I've spoken to the owner, and the business def isn't passive, but it could be a GREAT side hustle for someone, and could for sure be grown and handed off to a VA to run.

Key Highlights

• Making $3k a month profit
• Getting almost all traffic for free from Google search
• Opportunity to grow with paid traffic
• Easy wins SEO wise for more traffic
• Could easily hand off most work to a VA with the SOPs from the seller

Ok so this is a cool one:

"There is very minimal competition out there for this and 2 parts to the business. We sign on clients and connect them with a vending location that needs an operator within 30 days."

The seller has a tried and proven method to find vending locations for buyers that come directly to them wanting to grow their vending machine business.

They need places to put their vending machines, she finds them a place and gets paid $1,000

It's a simple business that just needs to grow.

I've looked at the site, and a $2500 overhaul would likely make it convert 2x as well as it currently is. Not kidding.

This would be with NOTHING, but having the site rebuilt.

The next super obvious play is running Google search ads...there is very low competition and this could easily bring another 3-4 clients a month at the conversion rate the seller is getting.

But the reality is, that the site (sign the NDA on the listing and you will see it) is getting some decent organic traffic.

With some backlinks and new content, it would get LOTS of organic traffic.

I think if you took the profits from the business and threw it into getting some backlinks built to the site for a couple of months, you could 3x the amount of sales the site is getting.

Ahrefs shows a TON of opportunity.

This site is for sale for $16k... that's because you're buying a part-time job. But that's ok.

Because with a little work that part-time job could be paying more like $10k+ a month and, if you spent $2k of that on an overseas team member to make that hands-off for you?

You might end up with a business that was worth $200k in a year.
