Hey guys.

I’m so excited about this day.

I planned to launch a platform ten days before, but an unexpected event happened. Wized updated their library to a major version and forced us to migrate. This broke half of our functionality, so we spent the whole week fixing and testing everything.

At that time, my dev (Max) and I were exhausted but happy when we released the app. People started signing up and using the platform. We received the first feedback, which gave us more power to move forward.

🎉 Recently sold startup

We recently sold an AI Chrome extension called Reachly. It automates your email writing using AI.

At the time of the exit, Reachly had 11 users (1 on a paid plan) and $155 in ARR. It was built using Express, React, and Framer. The project was sold for $2,200 (14.19x multiplier). The founder also provided some help with growth strategy.

Chrome extensions have a great distribution channel (browser) which could help them grow super fast like mobile apps but they are also a little bit complicated in terms of maintenance and development than a regular web app.
