Why should my company apply?
Recognition as one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces will result in increased publicity nationally and worldwide, greater productivity among your staff, and invaluable insights. And, best of all, you’ll see your company’s name featured in Inc. magazine and on Inc.com.
What are my odds of winning?
We'll name approximately 400 companies to the main list, and with the introduction of four new additional recognition categories this year, if your company has achieved excellence in company culture, your odds of being included are good!
What are the additional recognition categories?
We’ve introduced four new categories this year, increasing your chances of winning. Be evaluated against your peers based on your company’s years in business, revenue range, or employee count, or apply to our esteemed Editor's List.
Is my company eligible to apply?
Companies must be independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company) and based in the United States, and they must have 10 or more permanent employees, have been in business for at least 2 years, and bring in a total annual revenue of less than $1 billion.
What’s the application process?
Pretty simple! Submit your company application, which you can do here. Then your employees will complete an easy employee survey through Quantum Workplaces. That’s it.
