In 2012, Suneera was driving around shopping plazas trying to sell payment terminals to small businesses out of the trunk of her VW Beetle.

She describes it as the worst job she's ever had.

She came up with an idea for a SaaS product and pitched it to her bosses at the merchant payment services company - they laughed in her face.

She pitched her idea to 12 different payment processing companies. And she was rejected by every single one.

So she raised some money from friends and family and gave herself 6 months to make her idea work.

Today, Suneera's company generates over $25M in annual recurring revenue. She's also raised around $20M in VC funding and last year her company was valued at $140M.
