Google’s Latest Core Update!

How are you faring after the Google core update that starting rolling out last Wednesday?

Here is a screenshot from Own The Yard dot com that shows a nice jump in traffic over the last few days.

(Google organic traffic was up 39% yesterday when compared to last Sunday).

In addition, another one of my sites appears to have gotten an even larger boost from the latest Google update! See below:

Unfortunately, I have seen various comments in Facebook groups of people who have not done so well.

This article from Search Engine Land states:

“A new broad core update began rolling out Wednesday – this one named the June 2021 Core Update, Google’s search liaison Danny Sullivan announced, adding that we should also expect a July 2021 Core Update next month.”

Whatever the result of this update has been on your site, things are often reversed in the following updates. Working on niche sites is always a bit of a roller coaster, but the potential makes it worth it!
