Did you know that Google has a CRM? Like a lot of G-apps, the Google Contacts feature has been woefully neglected over the years and well overdue an update. Considering that it is natively integrated with Gmail, Google Meet and the rest, it has huge potential to be a default CRM which most of us would be happy to use.
