Hello friend,

How good is that new Wet Leg song? Sexy, sassy... bloody marvellous. If you haven't already listened to it (and watched Bufallo 66 on DVD) then what the heck are you waiting for? Check it out in our roundup of last week's top tunes.

It's been a little while since we've sent one of these mailers and loads has been going on. Live music is back, baby! We've spent our summer at festivals – Latitude, Green Man and End of the Road over in the UK – and we sent our photographer Jenn Five to capture Olivia Rodrigo's first-ever festival performance in Vegas.

This weekend it was the turn of Sound City in Liverpool. Beabadoobee was brilliant. Babyqueen bought huge pop star energy and Bull, were pretty weird... in a good way.

Here are some more things to keep you busy until Instagram is working again.
WELLIES AT THE READY...
Billie-bury is coming to 2022. The return of Glastonbury was always going to be mighty, but now with added Eilish as the festival's youngest ever headliner, it's set to be a truly momentous year. Here's everything we know about the festival so far – including whether there's any chance of nabbing a ticket.
DON'T CALL BRIA COUNTRY
Bria cut their teeth playing in punk shows before they joined Orville Peck's backing band. Now the duo are writing country-leaning tunes about break-ups that are set to tear up the genre's white patriarchal sensibilities. Leonie Cooper found out more.
'TIS THE SEASON
Spooky season is upon us and we're already planning our outfits. Here are some Halloween albums to rinse before October is done.

DIALLED IN
A few weeks ago, we saw videos of Dialled In festival going off, big time, on social media! The newbie event was a celebration of the vast musical talent in the south Asian underground. Safi Bugel spoke to those involved in putting together this momentous party.

AMY TAYLOR IS MISUNDERSTOOD
Oh, and if you haven't already, give our Cover Feature a squizz. We caught up with Amyl & The Sniffers frontwoman Amy Taylor to chat about feminism, art and why talking about how you feel is really fkn important. Read it here.
