Week 6. Sweat
Physical activity is vital to maintain body and mental health. 
A universe of sports exists in our world, as well as different methodologies and training plans. We often are unrealistic when we set our goals. We try to overachieve and break ourselves. But the reality is different. We are busy or too overwhelmed to follow them strictly. 

However, you have time for one simple thing a day. It will work for anyone and anytime.  

Sweat. 
Sweat by walking to your office. Sweat after exhausting WOD on Crossfit. Sweat after a dance at the party. Sweat by doing ten pushups. Sweat after running 1 km or swim 50 m at the swimming pool.

Just make it happen. Every day. That's the challenge. 
 

Rules

Sweat at least one time a day from any physical activity.
