Challenge Weekly - Week 7. No notifications

Week 7. No notifications
The world is more complex nowadays and we are overwhelmed by the endless flow of information. Message notifications, new updates from Instagram, and the red dots of unread content. Sense of urgency, alertness, and FOMO. Answer them now. They are important. The world (and tech companies) needs your attention.

But the reality is you won't miss anything muting the notifications. You won't need to answer messages and respond to updates right now.

Reduce that noise by enabling the 'Do not disturb' mode. Turn off notifications on the phone and other devices.

Feel the freedom and never feel guilty for not responding immediately. Respect yourself and your time.

Rules

No notifications on all devices.
Both personal and work (that is optional depending on your job).

Tip: Schedule a time slot to review and respond to new messages.
