Week 8. Run
Running is a natural human activity. It's not possible to hunt or fight with a rival tribe without the ability to run fast and long enough. 

Some people hate running. I was one of them until, during bad times, I couldn't stop thinking about painful things and release my inner sufferings. Then I ran my first time. It wasn't a picturesque morning with sun and green grass. It was a late night, rain, and dirt roads on the outskirts of the city.  It was my method to restart my brain and forget thoughts about the past. 

If running is natural, then nothing stops you from giving it a try. 

Make your first kilometer. It's doesn't matter what the weather and time of day are. Just run your distance. 

Rules

Run every day.
Just go outside in running gear and walk fast 100 m. Run 1 km. Run 5 km. Run 10 km. Set yourself an ambitious goal to beat your own record.
