Product Habits - I should have known

When I asked what people would do with two hours of my time 1:1, the vast majority of replies wanted help with growth and product.

There were no surprises within the hundreds of replies that I got.

That actually surprised me! I thought folks might have wanted to talk about something else after all these years. But it makes perfect sense, after you say it out loud. Growth and product are the eternal problems of startups.

Here are some of my timeless classics that I often share on a call with a founder. When I use them, they work. When people I share them with use them, they work too. Here are a couple of articles I discovered this past year that I highly recommend. I consider each of them to be a new classic. Happy Holidays!

Hiten =)
