BUY LIST UPDATE: Today I have removed JEF ASO VSTO IMO & COWN. They are all added to the StockTips Record. This market pump that popped many of my picks into the green was the perfect opportunity to offload some risk! Explanation in the Paid Section Below.

TRADING TODAY: Both Housing Starts & Building Permits were up higher than expected in the data release yesterday. Housing starts increased 0.3% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.793m units in March (1.745 Expected). Permits for future homebuilding increased 0.4% to a rate of 1.873m (1.825 Expected). With that out of the way, today at 1000 ET we have March Existing Home Sales. This is the other half of the equation. Consensus Existing Home Sales is 5.8m & previous was 6.02m. Combined with mortgage application’s & the mortgage rate (Reported at 0700ET today), we will have a good idea as to the status of the housing situation. Expect the Mortgage Refinance Index (Today at 0700ET) to continue to decline as 30 year mortgage interest rates increase (5.13% on average as per the last release). Remember I told you the implications of these numbers yesterday. This market is absolutely fascinating due to the housing shortage & the firms buying up homes. The average single family home price is up to nearly $360k! UPDATE: Some Mortgage Numbers Just Hit! Mortgage demand falls by 1/2 YoY.
