Search volume for “fitness gummies” has increased by 240% over the last five years.

Gummies are portable and convenient, enabling people to consume them when needed.

For example, bodybuilders typically have to prepare protein shakes directly after exercise. Gummies allow them to easily consume a precise protein dosage right after their workout.

Protein gummies and pre-workout gummies are examples of trending workout gummy supplements.
