5 LinkedIn Sales Navigator Improvements

LinkedIn has detailed five features to help Sales Navigator users sell more effectively and efficiently. 

The first feature is Account Hub, which prioritizes a seller's accounts based on growth potential, buyer intent, and risk alerts, and provides insights and tools to help the seller network and follow up with interested parties within those accounts. Product Category Intent for 770 categories across various industries, predominantly software, will be added to Account Hub on May 31. 

The second improvement is the addition of two interest signals: website visits, and the ability to see the identity of new LinkedIn connections to other Sales Navigator sellers and TeamLink users on a user's contract. These features have been added to the Buyer Intent functionality for advanced and advanced plus customers. 

In addition, users can now manually add accounts to their My CRM Accounts list on Sales Navigator if the accounts are not captured by the program's rules.

  • Giphy: Meta reached an agreement to sell the gif platform to Shutterstock.
  • TikTok User Data: Oracle, the American software company, has begun a review of TikTok’s source code and is now the default destination for U.S. user data.
  • Video on Twitter: The platform rolled out PIP display and the ability to download video from a tweet.
  • YouTube Stories: “Starting on 6/26/2023 the option to create a new YouTube Story will no longer be available. Stories that are already live on that date will expire 7 days after they were originally shared.”
