Utah City will be one of the first walkable cities built in America from scratch in a generation.
The land is bought, the designs are (mostly) done, it’s approved, and it’s happening.
The city was designed by Jeff Speck, the author of WALKABLE CITY: How Downtown Can Save America, One Step at a Time

As it happens I currently live about 250 feet from the land being used for Utah City. It is massive & I love driving (sic) by the construction every day.

This is fun – I uploaded our cap table as an excel file & asked how many shares I owned and it got it right. It got a few other questions wrong (“who’s the 5th largest shareholder”) but this is still amazing.
