As always the opportunity is there.

If you can lean into some clever seller financing, or have cash, the opps are better than ever. With higher rates...we see less people using debt, which means less buyers, today, which means....less competition.

Rates will drop again eventually, and things will go back to being risk on, and valuations will go up. Learning to time and recognize cycles is a super power, and something I only really started paying attention to in the past few years.

This is a VERY interesting one. I happen to know the seller personally.

The reason I find it interesting is the email list it comes with is 391,000+ people

I won't pitch this to all of you, but for those who understand how valuable a list like this is, you know its worth the cost of the entire business.

I would look at trying to structure some creative deal structure with the seller, possibly even offer some seller financing. If I bought it I would JUST really care about the customer data/list.

➔ Rankings for 3.9k keywords.

➔ Ranking for 302 keywords on the first page.

➔ Authority score of 9.

➔ Majority of the traffic is coming from the US.

Ways to improve it for a flip

➔ There are 690 Amazon links being used and of those 12 links is missing an affiliate tag.

➔ The site links to 351 different Amazon products and of those 18 products are out of stock, meaning people who click on those links can’t actually purchase the product. Swapping those products with different products that are in stock can help to increase income.

I would say this is a perfect buy for someone that actually LOVES RVs! Take real photos and genuinely blog about being an RV owner.
