Ok yall

Recently, I've been chatting with folks about niche sizes. Everyone is afraid a niche is too small or too saturated.

Just a quick reminder: in this internet age, with 8 billion people out there, nothing is too niche.

Seriously, don't sweat the saturation stuff. There's room for all of us. Even in broad niches.

My friend Max, one of the founders of Triple Whale, mentioned someone buying a business about TRASHBAGS and making it a 7 figure Shopify store.

So yeah, nothing's too niche. Don't let yourself think otherwise. It's all about finding your crowd, no matter how specific your thing is.

High level, we love a niche business, let's talk about some of its highlights first

Key Highlights

• Making $900 a month profit
• Financed Partially with grants
• Opportunity to grow with SEO
• Great business to partner with an influencer in

Ok so this is a cool one:

First off, the listing is so vague, that I would bet almost anything you could negotiate a lower price here. Maybe $20k.

If you want to close that valuation gap, I might say

"Fine we will give you $15k up front and let's seller finance the other $10k, and we meet at $25k total"

You get the business for $15k up front, they get to walk away and collect the money they want, just over a longer time with no more work.

The seller seems distressed and ready to sell. Ive done this many times, and seen thousands of deals sell at this point - what im suggesting is not crazy I promise.

The major opp here is to sell into mommy groups and single-parent groups.

Of course, go for some low-hanging fruit of SEO. Trust me a look at Ahrefs will show you some major longtail opportunities here.

But the magic is finding people that run large Facebook groups and either buy ad slots from them or bring them in as partners. A super quick search shows me there is access to hundreds of thousands of customers just waiting for you.

Same thing with subreddits and forums.

This is going to be the low-hanging easy wins that with some consistent effort will bring you lots and lots of customers for a business like this.

Join the communities, don't spam, be useful, and share links every now and then. DON'T SPAM THEM.

And then of course...there is TikTok

Finding influencers in the single-parent space is very easy. I would think a few grand in UGC videos (paying influencers to post "organic" content about your site) would do wonders.

Pay 50 of them $100 each, and then take the top 5 most viral pieces of content you get and run them as paid ads.

You would be off to the races.

If you felt great about this biz AND you are the influencer? You could literally finance a site this size on a 0% 12-month business CC (don't do that if you don't ACTUALLY have the money in the bank to do it) I used a line of credit at 6% to finance part of an acquisition once.

Your $15k up front could very possibly be a $5k a month business with some elbow grease in a few months, and get the business' value up to $150k+
