1. Analyzed their audience.
2. Noticed that a big and growing chunk of them came from mobile devices.
3. Optimized the site design for small screens.
4. Removed “View details” button for products that were not available for purchase online.
Results:
Overall conversion was boosted by 20%. On mobile, orders went up by 98%.
