Sending emails to your customers only to have them land in the dreaded spam folder is frustrating. As the Irish playwright George Bernard Shaw is once purported to have said, “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place” – granted, he probably wasn’t talking about email deliverability at the time, but the principle still holds true.

Communicating with customers is the lifeblood of businesses, and while chatting through the Messenger is facilitating more and more of those conversations, email can also be a powerful channel for staying connected to your customers at every stage of their lifecycle.
