Introducing Mobile Carousels ... and other big news

Earlier this week we brought you Scale, a new home on our blog for exploring how businesses are driving growth through customer relationships. In keeping with that theme, yesterday we launched Mobile Carousels – a jam-packed mobile version of our Product Tours feature to help you build strong relationships with customers through your mobile app.

We released Product Tours last year as a way to give customers a personalized walkthrough of your product and increase adoption on the web. When we looked at building a version of Product Tours for mobile, we discovered something very interesting – people were asking for a tool for onboarding customers into their apps, but what they needed that tool to do spanned far beyond onboarding. What they really needed was a messaging Swiss army knife that would enable them to keep people actively engaged throughout the entire customer lifecycle. So that's what we built.

On the podcast this week, we're continuing the discussion on the biases that exist within the tech industry. We listen to celebrated entrepreneur and investor Kathryn Finney, who talks about her incredible career, the nature of intersectionality, and how we in the wider tech ecosystem can support Black entrepreneurs and Black businesses.
