Yo! This is me, Peep. I'm hand-typing this newsletter to you myself. It's been a while since it was actually me writing the whole thing, but here I am.

3. Upcoming webinar: Elevate your brand with storytelling I used to think storytelling was a bunch of bullshit. I read a few books on it over the years, and my god were they boring.
Since then, I've changed my mind. I now think that business storytelling is essential. Each category is super saturated. Unless you bring true innovation (doubt it), you need win with a better story (and other things).

You're at point A, and wanna get to point B. The gap between the two contains obstacles. Nail the obstacle, and you can nail the strategy.
Strategy is the design of the plan, the blueprint of the machine which will allow the organization to overcome the obstacle and get from here (Point A) to there (Point B) 5. How can ecommerce businesses win in The Retention Economy? Point of view: we live in the Retention Economy now. The metrics to focus on are different. Tha game of ecommerce has changed.
