A three-step framework to align your team

Hey there,

Not every problem is created equal, and their solutions shouldn’t be either. Some solutions are obvious quick wins for your customers, some require more thought and cross-functional collaboration, while others are ripe for innovation.

Acknowledging the differences between problems early is the key to correctly assessing and allocating the resources required to resolve them. It’s why we craft a problem statement to define a problem before applying our three-part framework to identify the correct amount of time and energy that we should spend solving it.

This framework protects our team’s bandwidth and prevents the misallocation of resources, keeping us on track with broader company objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction with our product and service.
